Roasted Red Pepper
Follow these simple instructions to create your own roasted red pepper at home.

- 4 red bell peppers
- Olive oil (optional)
- Salt (optional)
Start by preheating your oven to 450°F (232°C).
Wash the peppers and pat them dry. Then place them on a baking sheet.
Optional: Drizzle some olive oil and sprinkle some salt on them. This helps to enhance their natural flavor.
Roast the peppers in the oven for 30-40 minutes or until their skin is charred and blistered. Remember to turn them occasionally for even roasting.
Once done, remove the peppers from the oven, cover them with a cloth, or put them in a sealed container. This will make the skin easier to peel.
After they've cooled down, peel off the skin and remove the seeds and stems. Now they're ready to be used in your favorite dishes.
