Fried Peppers with Garlic

Ingredients
  

  • 2 bell peppers
  • 2 banana peppers
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Start by washing and drying the peppers. Cut them into strips, removing the seeds and stems.
  • Heat olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
  • Add the garlic and sauté until it becomes fragrant.
  • Add the peppers to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and fry for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender and lightly charred.
